Scholarship Application

Application Requirements

  • To need financial support according to their assets and income status,
  • Not to receive a scholarship from another public or private institution, (There is no problem in obtaining a repayable student loan from the Credit and Dormitories Institution.)
  • To have a GPA of at least 2.50 out of 4.00 (to be at least 65% in universities graded over 100%). 
  • If the overall average is 2.50, there can be a maximum of 1 unsuccessful course.
  • For students who have passed from the preparatory class to 1st year: to have passed successfully.

Ineligible Candidates

  • Open education / distance education students,
  • Those who have graduated from a four-year undergraduate program and are studying for the second time (including those who have graduated from open education)
  • Those with a general average below 2.50,
  • Those who have more than 1 failed course, even if the overall average is at least 2.50,
  • Those who are disciplined for a disgraceful act during their education cannot benefit from the right to scholarship.

Payment of Scholarship

  • Students who win scholarships are paid the first payment as of the end of December at the latest, effective  from October  , and continue to be paid monthly in the following months.
  • Scholarships are paid between October and June (9 months). No payment is made in other months.
