Aycore Mining overview and employment policy

As Aycore mining, we offer job opportunities to those who want to work in and around the regions where our mines are located in Kayseri and its districts. However, we work with people we find appropriate by receiving job applications from all over the country without distance restrictions. We recruit with advertisements. We recruit qualified personnel not only for Aycore Mining but also for our other companies Zengan, Almila, Erva, Alfamine Mining. Thus, once the resume of the applicant falls into the company pool and the most suitable position is determined for the applicant by making a company-job match appropriate to their qualifications. 

We scan the resumes of job applicants and conduct face-to-face interviews with the candidates we find appropriate. We present our demands by giving detailed information about our working standards. When the requests match, we complete the process in a short time and make recruitment.

For the personnel we decide to work with us, we provide trainings on safety and security issues that are necessary before starting work. The scope of the training consists of working standards that include safety and technical information. We don't go back to work without this training.
